Comprehensive 41-hour training program through Relias Academy covering applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, data collection, behavior reduction strategies, and ethical practice for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral needs.
Intensive 16-hour training program in the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) methodology. Staff learn de-escalation techniques, safe physical intervention methods, and strategies for managing disruptive and aggressive behaviors while maintaining the dignity and safety of all individuals.
